The 30-minute visit has long been the standard of care, providing cats the loving attention they need to feel comfortable and safe. Besides daily servings of fresh food and water and scooping the litter box, your cat can enjoy playtime, brushing, and bonus ear rubs.

20-Minute visits deliver all the basics to the bashful cat. And 45-minute visits are perfect for multi-cat households with varying activity levels, unique diet requirements, and stage of life needs.

Cleaning and sanitizing your pet’s (analog) litter box is an optional service.

Travel worry-free knowing your cat will be content, ready to offer you the loving attention you deserve.

Snuggles, disposing visit waste, and home security check are included.

Cat Care Rates

• RATES are per visit:

20-min Visit - $25
30-min Visit - $28
45-min Visit - $36

• Book 30- or 45-min visits and the rate includes two cats!

• Every effort is made to arrive the same time every day during the cat care assignment.

Some Fine Print

ADDITIONAL FEES
• Additional pets: $3/cat/visit.
• Additional Time: $5 extra/every additional 10 mins.
• Holiday Surcharge: $5 extra/visit. See Policies for details.
• A fee will be charged for any additional consultations.

LATE REQUESTS & CANCELLATIONS

• Late requests (less than 24 hrs) are subject to a $10 late fee.
• Cancel by 6pm the day before the first visit with no charge. See Policies for holiday details.
• Late cancellations incur the full visit fee.

Scheduling

GENERAL
• New clients are required to book a minimum of three (3) visits.
• Minimum requirement is one visit per day for cats.

GETTING IN TOUCH
• Communication through the app is preferred.
• Service requests, including changes and cancellations, received by 6pm the day before will receive a timely response via the portal.
• Service requests via text carry a high risk of being overlooked and cannot be accepted.

Litter box cleaning and sanitizing

Charlotte City Pets will empty and dispose of dirty litter, then scrub, sanitize and refill the box with fresh litter per your instructions. Rate per (analog) litter box — $20.
